Your PDF stays intact behind an address sheet
MappyMail adds a separate first sheet containing the recipient and any return-address information needed for the windowed envelope. The uploaded PDF begins on the following sheet, so an address block is not placed over your original first page.
Uploaded PDFs receive an address sheet priced as an additional page in the selected print mode. Your exact total is shown before payment.
Check the file before sending
A PDF preserves a page layout, but the sender should still inspect the mailing preview. Confirm that every page is present, upright, legible, and in the intended order before checkout.
- Remove blank or duplicate pages before uploading
- Use readable text and sufficient contrast
- Check that signatures, images, and margins are not clipped
- Keep your original file if you need a permanent copy
Send from a phone or computer
The upload workflow runs in a modern browser. If the PDF is on your phone, choose it through the phone file picker. If you only have paper pages, scan them into one PDF first and check the scan before uploading.
Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and other editable document formats are not uploaded directly. Export or save the finished document as a PDF first.

- Regular letters may contain up to 60 uploaded pages.
