What the map does—and does not do
MappyMail lets you choose a mailing destination based on a physical location. It does not identify or verify property owners, homeowners, residents, occupants, tenants, employees, vehicle owners, or other specific people.
The recipient's name is not required for the normal location-based workflow. Some mailing options, including Certified Mail, have their own requirements.
Apartment, suite, or unit information may still be required when the destination contains multiple deliverable units. MappyMail does not supply missing apartment, suite, or unit information.

Does the map identify the property owner or resident?
No. MappyMail helps you choose a mailing destination from a physical location. It does not search for or verify owners, residents, occupants, tenants, employees, vehicle owners, or other specific people.
Do I need the recipient's name?

What if the destination has apartments, suites, or units?
